I have a 629 but I'm not sure it's an "Extreme". I got it about 12 years ago.

That's pretty badass. How's it handle compared to an Encore? I can shoot pretty well with a 15" encore offhand, but that looks a little unweildy to me online.

Dunno, have handled them but, haven't shot one. I have a 29 silhouette w/ a 10.5" bbl. I need one for my set.

Tha hammer and grip are different in the top 2 pictures but the gun and background appear to be the same? What is going there? |

Noooo, look at the hammer on the left it has a cut out in the middle or a hole. The hammer on the right picture is solid. See what I mean?

Also look at the little bump on the hammer on the left where your thump cocks it. The right picture does not have it. It is deffinetly 2 different guns or at least parts.
