This mag came with a 92F made in 1989. It has large witness cutouts on each side and no markings.

The two holes on the front of the body remind me of a mec-gar mag.

Every Mec-Gar I've seen was marked as such.

The cuts could very well have been done by a previous owner.

I have a 10rder that came with my M9A1 and the rib runs the length of the mag tube, more or less. It doesn't stop before running into the funneling portion of the mag body like the OP's does.
