I have owned several Beretta's over the years and always regret selling them (mostly my late 90's US Inox :( )

Bought a used M9 a few months ago but have been missing my M9A1, so local store got in a 92A1 and the removable front sight is of interest to me. So made an offer and got it.

Will move all my Wilson goodies from the M9 to the 92A1, also have a battle rear sight and green FO coming from Midway hopefully by Friday.

Used to have a good supply of D springs but now only have 1, so the M9 will have to keep a stock spring in it for now.

Also will take the rear sight off the M9 and replace the adjustable sight on the 22 kit once my pusher comes in.

Very nice!

I carry mine every day.

Any plans to do the G conversation?  I love mine even more since I did the conversation.

No. Never had a G model and the safety doesn't really bother me as my Beretta's have always been range toys. The Wilson low profile is all I need. That will get switched over this weekend.

OP,

How much did the 92A1 set you back? Thanks

I have an 92A1, it has a lot of Wilson upgrades on it but the two upgrades that made the most impact on me was the short reach trigger and VZ slim grips. My sights are Trijicon HD with the yellow front. I have the TCU paired with the Wilson spring kit and trigger bar. The trigger is fantastic with a #13 hammer spring and elite II hammer. While I don't carry it often, it's full time Duty is on the night stand. You made a good choice OP. That being said I am desperately on the hunt for a full size M9A1 to go with my M9A1 compact.

Nice.  Did you send it in to Wilson or do it yourself?

Did it myself. The Beretta is a very easy gun to work on. There are a few areas to go slow on or else you will send a spring or detent flying outside of that it's easy to swap parts out yourself. The full list of upgrades I did to mine is listed below.

Wolff TCU trigger spring
Wolff extra power recoil spring
WC CS spring kit with #13 hammer spring
WC trigger bar
WC mag guide
WC oversized checkered mag catch
WC fluted guide rod
WC logo VZ tactical slant slim grips
Beretta Short Reach trigger
Beretta Elite II hammer
Trijicon HD sights (yellow front)
Surefire X300U B
Bravo Concealment holster and mag pouch

I still need to swap the safety out for a G lever.

It was a spur of the moment purchase at a local store. $725 after tax. Could have saved some buying online but instant gratification got me this time around.

Very nice. I'm comtemplating getting the new trigger bar but not sure I feel comfortable fitting it myself. Very other part I've changed on t has been fairly easy.

Thanks.  I want to get a few upgrades done to mines as well.  So far I just have the D spring.

The trigger bar was very easy to install. I have done two now and I have a third on the way for another one of my 92s. One required very little fitting, the other required a good amount of material to be removed to fit but it wasn't a difficult install. The trigger tune kit makes these guns feel amazing. With the full power TCU, #13 hammer spring, WC trigger bar, short reach trigger, slim grips and and the lighter Eilte II hammer it makes me look like I know what I am doing out on the range. I feel like I am using a cheat mode.
