Held one of these today at the LGS for the first time and nearly bought it on the spot. I absolutely hate grips that don't fit all my fingers but this feels totally different. It felt so solid and beefy. The only reason I didn't get it is that I'm saving for an M9A1.

One pic of before, during, after. Just added the factory extended magazine release, and the G model decocker to my 92 Brigadier border Marshall.

I’m really really close to buying a factory threaded barrel.

My other pistols ended up as two tone ODG. Couldn't leave this one behind.

The 84BB is a sweet shooting .380. I have one that still looks new. The one you have is pretty cool with those grips.

I had one of those Tisas copies and liked it so much I decided I wanted the real thing. Actually got a decent deal on GB.

It is always nice to get a good deal. I got a good deal on mine from a guy on a local forum to which I belong. It originally belonged to an Army Colonel who took extremely good care of it. It was made in 1987.

Hey, can someone help me with what the specific differences are between the 92X and the 92A1? I feel like a prefer the curved grip of the 92A1 but what would be other reasons to go with the 92X instead?

PX4 CC arrived.  Leather holster from Beretta's labor day sale is very nice.

Here's a final shot of my old Brigadier.  Slide's out being redone and custom grips ordered for an early 16th birthday/Christmas present for my son.

$300 92FS I bought from a coworker.

In pretty good shape for being 21 years old.

Swapping parts soon.
Moving stuff from my Brig over to it.
LTT thin grips, Wilson short reach trigger and cut and recrowned barrel by AGW.
Adding: Elite hanmer, D spring, flush hanmer cap, extended mag release and LTT optimized trigger bar.

The Brig is getting an inox trigger, guide rod, LTT Op trigger bar, customized grips and slide. Trying to source an inox barrel since my threaded barrel is actually moly resin stainless. It already has a D spring, flush hammer cap and G kit. It has the Wilson extended mag release which I am replacing with the Beretta extended mag release.

Will post pics when both are done.

It’s slowly coming along.

Looks like it should get done in time for my son’s 15th birthday.   Slide work done by Middlebranch Machine.  G Kit single sided lever done by WAL.

I should've just waited to post a pic.  I'm still waiting on an INOX barrel and the grips so I stuck my threaded barrel in for now.  I finished putting parts in the frame.
Other things done on this gun were:  Langdon OP trigger bar, 13# hammer spring, extended mag release, elite hammer.  Suppressor is the Gemtech Aurora II.

Grips should be here by Thanksgiving.  His birthday is the Saturday after.

It’s a midnight blue blend. Middlebranch Machine in Canton, OH did the engraving and cerakote.

Do you need a set of grips? Not that I want to give away parts for my future samurai edges, but I understand if you have a timeline.

I have a set on order.  This was supposed to be for his 16th birthday next year but it looks like everything will be here before his birthday this year so it'll be his 15th birthday present from me.  He's building his own .350 rifle for hunting.  So he's going to be a happy kid.

threaded barrel came in for the 22.  Stuck a 9mm suppressor on it to test fit.  Gotta grab one of my 22 suppressors and back to the range.  I only shot 15 rounds with the original barrel just to test it last night.  I'm back to work Saturday night so I'll hit the range then.

Local gun shop had this new M9A3 just come in, so I worked a deal and traded a couple of guns and got it yesterday.  Now I just need to find a suppressor for it.

Looks spanking great.

I JUST wish it came with the SAME trigger guard as the 92A1 i.e., without the reinforced bump, gentler profile. I'd be on it like on a cheap suit.
