Yeah they have been scarce for awhile. Not sure exactly what you are looking for, but there are several versions available now.

It would be cool if they had a sleeve-style baseplate to cover the exposed part of the mag like on the 21-rd version, but that's probably asking too much. Good to see them recognize the interest in an extended mag like this.

Looks like the picture on the Sig website (if you scroll through the pictures) does have that shown on some.

I kind of want 2 for my flux Raider.

Yeah, my fault, I also missed the part of the product description that says “Also included is a removable sleeve for enhanced comfort when used in a full-size grip module.”

Edit: Would love to see these 30-round mags in Coyote to go with the M17/M18.

I imagine it's likely. If they are making black. They will probably d ok the tan ones as well.

Now I just want to see them make a select fire P320.

Now they need to make an MPX that uses 320 mags.

Would an M18 kit be acceptable? I just got one from here. Came out to $465 shipped.

It seems like all of their x-change kits are hard to find in general. I wasn't even planning on getting an M18

No I don't want the stupid LCI, which allows powder/oil/etc to spray up right onto an optic. That is a really good value though for a complete kit, considering regular bare slides are +$300. What I want is this but it seems to have not come in stock for like 6 months. Unless it has and just sold out instantly.

I only got to shoot 5 rounds from each gun. There were many people waiting in lines, and they were processing them through. The P220 SAO was iron sights. It's heavy enough that 10mm recoil, is no problem. The P320 with the reddot, I hit steel every shot. I missed 2 on the P220. The 320 had the flat trigger, and it was crisp. I also shot the MCX Rattler 5.5" .300 Blk and suppressed, with a reddot. Very easy to shoot, and 10 out of 10 hit steel. This was also my first time shooting any reddot sights. My eyes are not what they used to be. I'm impressed with the reddot sights, and suppressors. Now I just need lots of money.

It's not for sale to the public yet.
There's still 2 days left of the event. If you get over there, you can see, and shoot it for yourself.

I'm really curious how they did it. Is it even possible with the 9/40 FCU? The grip looks a bit odd in comparison to the X grip on the 9mm. obviously larger inside to fit the 10mm double stack mag.

I thought the 9/40 FCU was the same as the 45, aside from the ejector length. Ie, you can convert a 9/40 to a 45 by cutting the ejector down.

The way I see it, if it isn’t a 9/40 or 45 FCU without mods, the 10mm isn’t even a P320. The entire point of the modular P320 is one FCU to rule them all. The 45 does that. If a third FCU caliber is required, the SIG has failed miserably.

My understanding is that they use:

It uses the 9/40/357 FCU.
Different 10mm slide lock/ slide catch
Different Grip mod- possibly compatible wuth 45 Gripmods.

I'll take pics when I lay my hands on one.

It’d have to be a different grip module, the 10mm magazines wouldn’t fit in a small-frame grip magwell

The way you see it? Couldn’t be more wrong.
There was NEVER a claim by Sig that the modularity included caliber exchange across all calibers. The modularity was always meant to give shooters the ability to change grip modules to accommodate different size grips for both hand size and to change from full size guns to carry size or even compact. Caliber exchanges are possible as well but no claim was ever made that it included all of them.
The fact you can’t see beyond a single point, tells me that you failed miserably to understand and comprehend the difference.
Quit trolling Sig threads looking for a fight.

Hey instead of all the bickering and whatnot since this is a tech forum why don’t we actually try to find out what the true technical specs are?

@coregon can you comment on this subject? What does the X-Ten have in common mechanically with 9mm P320s and what’s different?

I laid hands on an X10 and compared it to an X5 Legion today.

Notes:

FCU's appear to be the same.
Slide catch is different- X10 is slightly longer.
Takedown levers appear to be the same.

I didn't have access to a .45ACP Grip Mod at the store I was visiting.
Grip mods are different. Either the X10 fits .45 grip mods or it takes it's own.

The 10mm FCU does fit into the 9mm TXG grip mod, and will lock back on magazine (manually tested, did not fire).

Attempted to fit the 10MM mag into the TXG grip mod. Would not even start to fit.

Awesome, excellent pictures and comparison! Sounds like Sig figured out a way to squeeze 10mm mags into the 9/40/357-sized FCU. Which means a 10mm X-Change kit should work for people who already have a small-frame P320

Thanks for the kind words.

As soon as I can source a .45 grip mod I'll see if it fits. But honestly there are no "cool" grip mods for the .45- No X models or TXG. Just regular Full, Carry and Compact. I'd say that the one the 10mm ships with would be the best one made.

Icarus Precision has implied they’re already working on a machined grip for the X-Ten.

I’m not sure the grip modules from the 45 P320s will fit the X-Ten, since the X-Ten appears to use a FCU the same size as the 9/40/357 P320s and if I remember correctly the 45s used a larger FCU
