Found a pristine KE date coded W.German marked P230 at the local used gun shop earlier and couldn't resist.

There is no firearm ever made that surpasses the P230-232. Points greats. Shoots accurately. Caries easily. Simple. Safe. Elegant. Beautiful.
In a way, the P230 is the high water point for German gun design and SIG manufacturing. Get some Nils-Griffe grips and you'll never let the thing out of your hand. The only problem is that you found it before I did. Happy for you. Thanks for the pic. P.S. Love my P230 sl. |

Nice! They are good shooters. I have one with the wooden grips that I picked up while stationed in West Germany in 1983. It was my first Sig. I chose it over a Walther PPK/S.

great guns, shot my P230 a few weeks ago.
No more new mags available from Sig, only from secondary market and they're sort of pricey at this point |
