You could contact Bruce Gray, grayguns.com - they pioneered the conversion. It required IIRC respringing everything and a custom barrel...not sure if it required a custom locking insert in the frame. There's a thread on it on sigforum or sigtalk or one of the other sig boards.
It's doable...not optimal I don't think, not with the 10mm out now, but it's doable. |

I have a 220 in 45 and 10 mm. The 45 has a portion of the feed ramp cut into the frame, the 10mm feed ramp is only cut into the barrel. That may be an issue.

I'm looking at my 220 in .45acp, 220 compact, and 220 10mm and the frames are identical. The locking block on the 45 has a feed ramp cut into it, and the 10mm doesn't...but the frames themselves once you take the block out is identical. |
