I was reading a web site offering a G21 carbine conversion kit. The web site seemed to imply that a G21 could fire 460 Rowland. What is 460 Roland, how does it differ from standard .45 ACP?

Somewhat related... how is the 45 GAP that the new G37 fires different from good ole 45 ACP?

Thanks.

Not sure about the 460 Rowland, but I do know the difference between the 45 ACP and the new 45 GAP. The 45 GAP is shorter than the 45 ACP. That is about it.

The .45 GAP is "suppose" to have the same balistics as a 45 APC, but it shorter. That way that can make a smaller grip gun that people with small hands can shoot well.

Well it worked for the 10mm shortened to .40s&w. We'll just have to see if the 45 gap becomes popular.
