A guy I work with offered me a G19 for around $150.00, but it's a Gen 1(?), no rail or finger grooves. I'm kind of torm, just because the old Glocks look primitive to me having used to own a Gen 3 G23. $150 though...kind of hard to pass up. Maybe I could flip it for a couple extra bucks toward my next endeavor.

You buy it and I'll pay you $250 to ship it to me...

Buy it and if you don't like it you can sell it for more than you bought it for. Or you could find some use by stashing it somewhere in the house or your car.

Buy it and shoot it.

I would buy 20 of them at that price provided they weren't hot.

Maybe its the notorious GLOCK nine that that OG(from the locked post) that used to hide outside his crib and pack when he was looking for a shootout??????

yeah, I'll probably take him up on his offer. The story behind the price is that it was stolen from his house, covered by insurance and recovered shortly thereafter. The insurance co let him keep it for $50. I had the same thing happen to me with a car stereo and it didn't really make sense to me then either...they pay me retail minus $50 for something I already own...not that I'm complaining.

Looks like it's a win-win, Jake.

Buy it!

For $150, you would be a nut not to buy it. Even if you don't want it you could turn around and sell it for $300 easy or trade it for something you do want.

I'm gonna see him today at work and let him know I'll take it...

Made the swap last night...it's actually a Gen II. Came with 3 hicaps and 100 rounds of HP ammo...$100.00.

That was a hell of a deal! So did you talk him down $50? Lucky SOB

Mags and ammo $100... Comes with free G19

I started the conversation by saying "hey, what did you want that Glock" to which he responded "what do you want to give me" followed shortly thereafter by "$100 it is". I couldn't be happier, the guns in great shape. I put about 200 rounds through it yesterday without a hiccup.

Has the serial number been ground off? Is there any obvious brain matter blow back?

Original owner was a cop, so was the second.
