replacing your factory connector is easy. You need a small punch and a roll of duct tape. Remove the slide from the frame. Lay the roll of duct tape on it's side. Place the frame with it's ejection port facing down. Push the pins inward so that the tape roll traps the pins and keeps you from losing them. remove the locking block over the trigger and pull the trigger pack out of the frame. You will see the connector in the rear of the pack. Pop out the old connector and replace it with the 4.5. put the pack back in and put the block back in. Now flip over the frame and push your pins back in. The largest pin which also holds your slide stop must be put in last and you will notice it is segmented into 3 parts. Start the pin by sliding it in one segment first. Place your slide stop in the frame lined up with the pin hole. then push the rest of the pin back in. If you have a 3 pin frame make sure you place the small pin which above the large pin ( 2 pins over trigger ) in first or your slide stop will engage 24-7. The process is very simple and takes about 5 minutes make sure you do a function check before you use the gun.
