I've been trying to get a handle on my G23.  It's a bit lively for my tastes.  Bought some Pearce mag extensions which helped a little.  I was thinking of getting the grip stipled to better control it.  Then I saw an advert for a recoil reducer.  Hart was the compamy name I think.  I guess it replaces the recoil rod with a heavier one?  Anyone have experience with such a modification?  If so does it work?  Any Cons?
