Well I just picked up my first glock today (19). Man I love it. Will get to shoot it this weekend I cant wait. Anyway I have a shopping list for it. Tell me if there is anything missing. I want a total of 6 hicap mags. 2 - 4 33 round mags. A good leather pancake holster with matching mag holster (one that holds 2 15 round mags). I got a hoge handall on it already. A shitload of ammo. And a good set of night sites (I'm thinking a green front site and yellow rear sites more than likely meps). Any additions or corrections or subsitutions guys.

mags, ammo, and a good holster--thats about all you need

stock glocks run fine

try the EE (kblagg) for some NIW, kick A** prices and service on factory glock mags

Welcome to the club

Leave your fucking gun alone.  It it ain't broke, don't try to "fix" it.

You don't need different color night sights, it's impossible to mistake one f the rear sights for the front sight even in pitch blackness.  It just doesn't work that way.

I agree with the other guys about mags, ammo, and sights being the only really necessary additions.  However, working at a range/shop I've seen no less than 3 factory plastic guide rods break under normal use.  Thus, my G19 wears a Lightning Strike stainless steel guide rod.  Stick with a captured model.  This one is available from Brownells.

Yup...and don't look back. The Glock will change the way you look at pistols. I LOVE mine. I can attest to contributing to changing 5 people alone by allowing them to shoot my Glock...it's like BRD...it spreads!!!

I am Paying mine off - layaway style.

I found an almost brand new Glock 22 (.40S&W)
for $399.

I had to jump on that.
It is beautiful
