Need to work on my shooting/flinching technique and was wondering if dry firing a Glock is ok?

Not that it matters, but it is a 3rd gen G19.

No problem. The only place I can think dry firing would be a problem would be with rimfires. If you wanna be double sure and be a little easier on the pistol buy some snap caps, but Glocks are not exactly what I would call a fragile pistol.
