I heard that you can use a glock 17(9mm), glock 31(.357sig) barrel and magazine in a glock 22 frame(40s&w). Is that true? How do these three glock's parts interchange?

You can't use a factory glock 17 barrel in a 22.  The factory 31 barrel will drop in.

You can get  an aftermarket conversion barrel and G17 mags for your G22 or G31 that will allow you to shoot 9mm. Much the same as a G32 with a 9mm conversion barrel and a G23 barrel.
