I suppose they would help if you don't have the hand strength to hold onto the pistol or if the recoil was too much for you so that the gun was slipping out of your hand and you had to reposition the pistol after each shot. I have never needed those things and always thought they got in the way |

I don't have either on my 20 or 29.
I used to have one on my 1st generation 20, but I traded that in on a 3rd generation with a light rail and the more ergo-friendly grip. The 20's grip is a little large for me, I think I'll be switching a G-31 in the future. |

I don't use anything on my 20 or 21. If I did it would probably be A-Grip, as I tried it on a friend's gun and loved it. Think you can find it listed on glocktalk.
