Do the rounds need to be in a certain kind of tray in order for the loader to pick them up that quick as shown in the video?

It says HK compatible. Will it allow me to load my mags backwards for more better terminal performance?
Also, do you make one that picks up rounds sideways in the container? I normally pick my bullets out of the box sideways, five at a time instead of longways ten at a time. 
kidding, I like Probably wind up buying a couple of these in a month or two. |
