I'm on the look for threaded barrels again for a new gen 4 Glock 19. I've used lone wolf in the past with good luck but they've changed there whole line which looks interesting but also raised the price about $30-40. So that opens up kinda the next highest grade of barrel to be a possibility given the the raise in price.

I don't want to spend a fortune on a zev or agency as I just don't see the benefit.  So with that said as far as I know that leaves lone wolf, s3f solutions, silencerco and maybe some others.

What would you guys suggest in the $150 range. Going to be using an octane supressor in 1/2 x 28 threads.

I've heard the silencerco may not be so accurate is this true?

I shoot better with the threaded sico barrel in my g19 than with the factory one. I have a lone wolf in my g17 which I also like

I use the Alpha Wolf barrels and I like them.  I also like that they don't have visible markings when installed.

Found my Gemtech threaded for about that price. I have agency and Zev also, they sure are pretty, but the Gemtech works just as well.

KKM is hard to beat & it's made in the US of A Carson City Nevada to be exact.

I think a lot of the barrels out there are made by them.

Yeah some of those are obnoxious.

My apologies if this is slightly off topic, but what did the Glock factory threaded barrels sell for back when they were still readily available a couple years ago? I'm just looking for a baseline price to gauge how much they're being marked up when they occasional show up on GB and other places. Thanks!

I got the one in my 3rd gen 19 from PSA for $99.
Seems to be just as good as any mentioned here. Although I plan to use AAC when I get my gen 5

I've had awesome luck with S3F barrels.  Find one of those if you can.

I believe it's down to silencerco and lone wolf.

I had originally ruled out silencerco because I saw a couple of posts about accuracy issues but now that I've looked into further I can't find anything about it.

Shame.  S3F, atleast every one I have shot, will put duty grade 124/147's into a 2" hole at 25y benched.

Where is the best place to buy a 19 in black at?

What happened to S3F? For awhile seemed like they were everywhere, and a lot of custom shops used them in their builds. Now they're really hard to find in stock.

I have a few Alpha Wolf barrels that are nice.  I bought one threaded gen 3 G19 threaded barrel for a project brand new in the box I was trying to get rid of but lost interest in trying to sell it.

Decided to go with a 23 for that project so have the extra 19 barrel if anyone is interested.  Never used.

I just paid $189.00 for a Glock 19 factory threaded barrel with thread protector from Botach Tactical.  They show they are out of the G19 now, but still have G17 and G21 in stock..

I have a SICO barrel in my G19, works great. I haven't tested it in detail but in normal shooting it doesn't seem any more or less accurate than the factory Glock threaded barrel I had.

I use the Glock OEM.  Left handed threads stop the can from unscrewing.
Of course, it means buying another piston.

anyone tried the Brownells branded barrels yet?
