I mostly use a Wilderness belt when carrying. However I want to get a leather belt that is less conspicuous but also a good gun belt. I need it to be brown as most of my shoes are brown. Prefer 1 3/4" but would also maybe do 1 1/2" if I had to. Also prefer a low profile belt buckle. In fact my favorite non carry belt is from Duluth Trading, it's a buckleless velcro belt. So any recommendations?

I like this belt. You can choose the color and thread color. The belt looks stylish and classy (For casual jeans). It is easy to adjust and does not come loose.

I've been wearing one of these every day for well over a year and it looks as good now as the day I bought it. I lost a bunch of weight and they resized for free, too.

I have two of these: Daltech Force Steel Core gun belts.  One in black and one in distressed bison.
I've owned and used Milt Sparks, Don Hume, A.G.Custom Gun Leather, and Galco.
The only downside to Daltech is that they don't offer any of their belts in 1.75".
I've lost 65 pounds in the last year, so I've had to buy new belts.  The Daltech beat out any of the others for carry, IMO.

I use a versa carry buffalo belt but also have a wilson combat sharkskin. The versa carry is a great belt for the money.

I've been using a beltman belt for years, definitely good to go. The horsehide with stiffener is great if you carry something heavy.

Aker makes a nice reinforced belt for around $50. Little dressier than most gun belts and very well made, especially for the price.

Been using a Galco for a decade with no issues, it is time to replace.

Whish I could still get Erine Hill Speed Leather that was a great belt, just shrank a bit.

Milt Sparks makes the most comfortable belts I’ve ever worn!

I really like AG Custom Gun Leather for a duty belt.

Both brands are made in the USA and are two additional options you might consider.

I'm hard on belts, and mine has held up really well. Daily wear.
