I have 4 weapons I rotate through for carry:

.45" ACP RIA 1911 w/ Lego grips - clearly the OC piece;
9x19mm polymer Kahr that FW_wife loathes, but suitable for holstered pocket carry in more formal slacks;
.40" S&W KelTec SUB-2000 gen 1, using Glock 22 mags - wrapped in a long-sleeved t-shirt for jogs, otherwise in the neon-green go bag w/ the extra Glock mags, flashlights, tourniquet & 1st aid kit - particularly handy when I shop in a store legally posted for no handguns;
.40" S&*W Glock 23 - holstered pocket carry in jeans, sometimes in the neon carry bag w/ the SUB-2000, occasional OC when an unexpected 30.06 sign pops up.

I'm about to resume bicycling.  The neon-green go bag has a single strap, so it won't be coming along for the ride unless it's inside another bag.  I completely lack a Marlin 1897 Bicycle Rifle, so I need to come up w/ another option.

When I was in Iraq, I acquired a Blue Force Gear AR scabbard and hung it off my basket for my M4, so long guns are not out of the question, ignoring the SUB-2000.  Would probably contribute to me not getting run over.

What do you carry when you bicycle, and how do you carry it?

I wear cargo shorts and carry my full-size handgun OWB with a double mag pouch on the support side. It isn't just fun rides. I go this way when training, commuting, and on rides as far as 50mi out. If I had to look the part and wear lycra I'd prbably get a pouch to put near the handlebar, under the top tube, and keep the gun there. Alternatively, you can carry IWB with a Remora/Sticky holster wearing the tight cycling clothes, which I have done before with no issue.

I've put about 3000 miles in this year with a g42 or g43 in a remora holster tucked into my kit.  5:00 iwb.  Almost unnoticeable and doesn't move a bit.  I've been really happy with that setup.

Yeah, not hard core enough to wear lycra.

I have a Pistol Wear PT-2 belly band that I carry a G43 w/TLR-6 and spare mag.  I used to carry my PPS M1 but switched to the Glock.  It is comfortable while biking and I can draw is pretty easily.

When I was riding my road bike regularly, and yes I lycra'd up, I would put my G26 in one of the pockets on the back of my jersey.

I have a small bag that mounts to the top tube. I keep a G43 in there with a Kydex trigger guard holster. Cord for the holster is wrapped around the stem.

I hang an M16 magazine pouch from the front handlebar with a Glock 43 in it.

On the bike for a long ride, I'm in bike shorts and a hydration pack.  My Kahr CW9, phone and knife rides in a fanny pack on my strong side attached to the waist strap of the hydration pack.  this keeps everything in handy should the need to access it arise.

Once upon a time I carried an LCP in my jersey pocket but the last few years it has been just a small pocket knife in a bag under the saddle.

I hadn't seen the Remora before, thanks. How are you attaching it; or, are you just putting it against your skin under your shorts?

I'll be honest, I only carry while cycling if I'm going out in the sticks with the MTB.

On the road bike... yeah, I've got a cell phone and 20 bucks. That's it. I paid a lot of money to make that thing lighter.

I carry a G42 in this fanny pack I bought at Walmart;

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Outdoor-Waist-Bag-Camo-Waterproof-Shoulder-Bag-Chest-Bag-Handbag-Fanny-Pack-Waist-Belt-Bag-with-Water-Bottle-Holder/848219870

This pack has three separate compartments.  I use the middle one for the pistol.
One thing I like a lot about this little bag is the pulls on the zippers.  They are large and non-symetrical.  This is a clever design that makes them very easy to grab and quickly unzip.

I jog and bike and normally take my 43, or PPS-M2 in a AIWB. Very much considering one of these, http://www.smartcarry.com

I live in Arizona, so I open carry when riding a bicycle.

Usually something lightweight, like by .44 Special Bulldog.  Strong side belt holster with retention strap.
