I feel stupid, but what are laws for open carry in Ohio?

It is legal but Ive heard enough stories of people being arrested for inducing public panic that I wouldnt do it, unless you have the money to fight it in court.

Thats about what I have heard, what BKVic said. A friends car broke down years ago, and rather than leave his handgun in the car, he open hand carried it through town, fortunately, he made it home.
