I've ran about 140 rds through my new Draco and have had 5 or 6 fail to eject being the empty case was stuck in the chamber. A good whack on the chargeing handle and it clears. I'm useing WOLF poly coated FMJ which I have shot thousand in my SAR1 and RPK without problems. I did grease up the locking lugs on the bolt and wondered if some of that got spued in the chamber randomly and cause it to get stuck.Seems odd and ramdom only 5 rounds out of 140. Any ideas ? -Thanks

Meh.. the Russian steel-case stuff is insanely dirty. The red bullet and primer sealant gets EVERYWHERE.

Just keep shooting your Draco, and every time you pick it up when not shooting, just rack the action ten times or until you get tired/bored of doing it. The Romanians are just a bit rough, and need to break in a bit to smooth things out.

I'm guessing that there's just a bit of resistance in the gas tube, or on the receiver rails etc. and that combined with a marginally sticky case is enough to stall the action now and again. Once everything smooths out with a few hundred more rounds, I'll bet it stops.

Buy the cheap $2 brake cleaner from Wallyworld's automotive section and just thoroughly blast out the receiver and gas tube after each shooting session, and re-lube it. 2-3 patches of Hoppes or similar through the chamber and bore, and a lightly oiled patch through the gas tube, and your Draco is getting more TLC than 95% of the AK's in the world.
