Are all SKS receivers milled? Years ago, when I got my first Chicom SKS, someone told me all Chinese SKS's were stamped and Russian ones were milled. What's the real story behind that?

99.999 percent of all SKS's are milled, a very small number of chinese ones were stamped, but its such a small number of them (they were mainly a test run to see if it was cheaper and as reliable).  Here is a link about the stamped sks
