It will not latch down.  I have the magazine in and now tring to put in the trigger but no go.

nevermind,   just switched the safety and it popped in.

Skipping that 'Safety' step will always add frustration to a reassembly.  I've been there.

I had an SKS, the first time I took it apart and had to put it back together again I had to file some of the parts to get it to go.
