Bought two more today. The two on the left are the new ones. I already cracked welds on the muzzle nuts awaiting delivery of the US brakes. I'll probably pick up one a month until my local source runs out.

Well I want to try to trick out a few of these and felt that the Romanian would be a good base to start.

Stay tuned for future upgrades.

I also have a lot of buddies who like to go up north and blast away so I needed to have enough AKs available to gear up everyone

Here's my latest - a Romy underfolder next to my Main Squeeze.

All I did to the underfolder was clean 'er up and refinish the wood. Oh, and I had a dark red grip in my spares box too.

The AK I'm shooting below is a Tabuk AK, which is a pretty cheapy model that most of the Iraqis we find have. If you notice also there isn't any muzzle break on the weapon either. Thats because the Iraqi we confescated it from had a poorly made sound suppressor mounted on it.

Here's my PSL that just came in, it says FPK Dragunov on the side but we all know better... I absolutely love this rifle to death and love how easy the sights are to adjust on the scope.  Unfortunately the upper hand guard wood has a gigantic crack right down the middle after firing a lot of rounds through it the other day (after this picture was taken) and I need to get a new to part.  I think Ironwood Designs should start doing custom PSL stocks soon, I know there is one custom place out there, I can't recall who.

My 2000 SAR 1 Romanian, I ditched the cheap sloppy furniture for a "dragunov style" stock and fore end. I have the 4 power non Illuminated scope on it.  For a rifle with canted sights I can hit my target everytime, if its not broken don't fix it!
