Mak
i have a BWK-92 that I am wanting to convert. What kind of a muzzle device do you have on yours? My muzzle is not threaded is the reason I'm asking.

As long as it is in good shape and functions well, then $300 is a great price these days for a Norinco .223 AK. If it comes with any mags then great. I have a preban Norinco 84s-1 that has been shot a lot from my standpoint (10,000 rds +) and it just keeps on ticking, so I don't worry about parts all that much. I do, however, have a spare bolt that I bought when I found one for a great price, I think that would be the only spare I would ever need. Norinco .223 mags(the only ones worth buying IMHO) are out there to be found but are not common like a 7.62x39mm AK mag or AR-15 mag. I also have East German AK-74 mags that I load with 18rds, and they work great too.
