Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Adding AK74 style brake to SLR-105 question

Trade possibility for one and not  able to fondle so wondering how I would add a 74 style brake as it doesn't have plain bbl but a nut or whatever. Anyone with one of these go through this? Does it require a new FSB? Never taken one apart yet. I know there are issues with the Bulgarian finish but plan on shooting it till the paint peels anyway. Well as soon as the 5.45 dam breaks.

You need a new FSB for it.  K-VAR just got them in again but they are not cheap.  Register on the k-varcorp.com/forums/ there before ordering and then when you log into K-VAR's website with you MIG/ETA forum name you will get a discount on your order.
