In my opinion krink did the same kind of thing.  He and many other members over there Are true gun lovers....They love guns and love to teach others about guns....... First. let me say that the quote in question wasn't made by Aimless. The people who saw the screenshot of it, know who made it.

Second, the thread in question covered the issue of adding Mods from the AK forums to AK EE forums. There were a few members here, who were complaining that the EE Mods and Staff were picking on people who listed adds in the AK EE Forums. The biggest complaint seemed to focus on enforcement of the BTT rules. Some just felt like they were special and shoudln't have to observe the rules. In the end, it was decided that there was no reason to add new Mods to those Forums. The main reason being that any new Mod would still be expected to enforce the BTT rules. IMO, this was the best course of action because it saved any AK Mod from being bashed over enforcing said rules.

So in the end, some of the members from here decided to leave and start their own site. IMO, if they felt this was necessary, then good luck with the whole thing. I don't have any problems with any of the people who decided to part with this site. I may not agree with the reasons behind the move, but it doesn't change my opinion of them.

Aimless was discussing the fact that someone leaked information from our Staff forum. Every person that Mods or is Staff here, knows that stuff that is said in the Mod/Staff forums, stays in the Mod/Staff forums. These forums are for the Mods/Staff to work out any site issues that need to be dealt with. If we have disagreements in these forums, they are worked out there. When we leave those forums, we all trust that the BS will stay there. When someone betrays that trust, it is very dissapointing to the rest of us.

AFAIC, Krink did a lot for the members of the AK side here on the site. I also believe that he will do whatever is needed to help the members of the new site. I think that he is working for what he considers to be the best interest of those members. I may not like that information was leaked (I'll admit that I was pretty pissed off at the time), but I'm not going to hold a grudge over it. I just think everyone should understand why we would be dissapointed with this kind of thing.
