GOOD and Cheap just dont go together.....
There either very good or so so and cheap....

Learn how to build one yourself, that's the best way. It's inexpensive if you do enough of them and the reward of building your own is priceless. Seems crazy to me to spend hundreds (in some cases several hundred) of dollars to have someone pull a barrel, squeeze a few rivets and reinsert a barrel. Just my humble opinion though.

Why don't you see if there is a build party going on in your area...Or host one like WillysWagon did...

Andre Varrin with AR-Tex works out of Houston TX. I'm expecting my SA-93 back any day now that I sent to him for some no-ban conversion work and refinishing. I think Andre used to be with Global Trades but has his own shop now doing all kinds of build work. He's always been very cordial to deal with over the phone and I'll be sure to post some pics of the finished rifle when it gets here.
