I went to a gun show in San Antonio today and stopped by the G/T booth.  I talked to a man who identified himself as the founder and we discussed the receiver problems and delays caused by heat treating.  He still claims this is causing problems.  I relayed my often repeated story of talking to a customer service representative (Peggy) and getting a ship date.  The latest was last Friday's promise of a shipment on Monday which of course did not happen.  Then I described my numerous calls and messages followed by an email.  All to no avail.

Bottom line is a suggested he light a fire under his personel to get them to give reasonable ship dates and to follow through on commitments.  I must say I detected a certain indifference in his eye.
