why would anyone need longer FCG pins? all i can think of is a out of spec reciever. just wondering.

Pretty much what I already do, I use a ball berring and give it a healty whack!...Works good, but I would rather have a pen that is a few thousandth's bigger.

Depends on what receiver you are using, Im bending my own flats, I have seen lots of them that are like this...I am just trying to save myself some repainting of my receiver.

Besides what is the Spec you are speaking of?...All a AK has to do is work. if there is an adjustment needed, you get a bigger hammer.
