Sounds like you need one of the new Yugo folders. If I didn't already have a kit I would have bought one.

I have really been plugging Atlantic Firearms and Vector AKs recently. This is Vectors Classic AK - great fit and finish and a 5 year warranty for $499  There are many AKs around your price range to be had from them, synthetic furniture etc... check them out. |

+10,000 for the Vector classic. Personally I love my new Vector underfolder, and I am sure that the classic is built with the same attention to detail as the underfolders. Plus Vector offers a 5 year warrantee, and super customer service.
