Nice rifle, anyway.

No not necessarily but they are known for the solid folder.  Nice build through.  Hey M4-TUNA

My AKS-74 M1A1 looks exactly like that except it is in 5.56NATO. Very nice set-up to say the least.

AK74Ms only have the polymer 100 series folding stock, 99% sure. The 74 in the picture is an AKS-74, which were the main folders used before the introduction of the 74Ms in the early 90s. Anyway, frickin cool AKS-74; I personally like the look of the triangle folders more than that of the 74M. Something kind of sinister and cool about them

Looks like a global. I have one just like it, also by jnewt.

Mach1 and the others are right, the 74M has a polymer folder. These are more like a AKS-74 (AKS-74N with the rail actually)

I've thought about putting a polymer stock on it, but its not really worth the trouble. Then I'd have to get a smooth top cover, the proper brake, selector engravings, the whole deal! I cant afford it. Its a bulgy and its proud lol.

The upper is a VMON, I got a used upper and lower for $80. I am gonna get a painted wooden upper so it matches the lower.

The lower is  Bulgarian Police issue.  I had it shipped in from Bulgaria. Cost me $140 shipped.
The guy I bought it from is in Germany and list stuff on EBAY. He has a partner in Bulgaria.  You pay the guy in Germany (paypal) and his partner shipped the stuff.  It only took about 10 days to get it in.
The flashlight works... Momentary switch can be seen on the side of the lower.

He is another picture that shows the VMON handguards on it

It's the handguard off the Bulgarian AR-M4SF (5.56 Krink type), seen here:
www.arsenal-bg.com/defense_police/5,56_arsenal_assault_rifle_ar-m4sf.htm

I saw one of the handguards on Ebay not long ago; it takes a Stinger Scorpion type flashlight, and is made of wood.

ETA: oops, Drug beat me to it...

What kind of pistol grip is that?

the flashlight is built into the handguard. You can not remove it.
The bulb is the same as the stinger.
It takes 2 123 batteries and it is pretty bright.

The first picture, it is a Russian Saiga Shotgun.
Got it from Andre' (andyarts)
Forgot how much it was.

The second picture is a Century Black us made grip, or a Russian AKM grip.
Can't remember...

Well, since you're concerned with exact detail you might want to know theres no such thing as an AKS-74M. Its AKS-74, or AK-74M.
