Is that an Arsenal 11 marking on the hilt of the bayo? Is that proper for an Izh bayo?

Must be legit - neither of my Polish Bayos have that marking. Anyone know what that "11" marking is?

I know the other style triangle arrow on the bayo handle is also Izh

I have some russian 762 metal mags that have those same circle w/ number and diamond w/number markings. Albeit with different numbers.
