Everyone seems to think that Chris at AK USA is one of, if not THE best.

I'm going to sned him my Saiga next week and see what he can do with 'er.

If you have the budget, just go to Chris at AKUSA. Looking for anyone better is a total and complete waste of time. Not only is his work unreal, he will spend incredible amounts of time talking to you, just as long as it takes it get the project on track. I have been talking to him since August and we are only now getting things started, so he is patient. The guy is an absolute perfectionist too, something that counts for custom builds. Good Luck.

oh and his finish is the best looking and most durable around. Here:ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=4&f=64&t=79855 He is putting some of his enamel on an SLR-105 A1 for me soon.

I consider In Range the top builder in the Country,here is a buttstock conversion he did on an SLR105.

Have you seen any of the stuff coming from Marshall Arms? I've seen Troy's work (have a Krink built by him) and have to say Ted's stuff is the best I have seen. Too bad he's got a two year backlog.
