I dont think any of them are.......due to the detachable magazine.  Read below.....

California - State law restricts the sale of all semiautomatic assault weapons that have specific military features such as pistol grips and folding stocks as well as a list of assault weapons and their copies such as the AK47 and Uzi. People who owned such assault weapons prior to the law are required to register the weapons and may not sell or give them to anyone else in the state. State law also restricts the sale of rapid-fire ammunition magazines in excess of 10 rounds.

Reading the Harrot decision, it looks like ALL of them are legal, so long as they are NOT on the Kasler list, and specifically named.

Also...once you build it, you MUST have a fixed/pinned magazine, under 10 rounds!

The trouble now...is finding an FFL!

Check the ones that are transferring STAG's........they should be in the know.

Global Trades receivers are the best...IMHO.

As are Ewbanks, and Joekens are cheap....but you need to heat treat them properly.
