I'm getting ready to change my FSB to a Bulgy threaded FSB and then added the brake. I'm wondering if I need to use US Brake or not.

Mine has US FCG,piston,upper and lower handguards and pistol grip.
FCG=3
piston=1
upper and lower handguards=1
pistol grip=1
total of 6

How did you find out? I looked in the manual and K-Var's forum and there was nothing pertain to it. Call them I guess?

You have US FCG and US stockset,you're good to go.Thats all 6 of your required parts.I had to add the US piston when I had the Russian side folding stock installed on mine.

if yours has the black fixed stock  set then you are good to go, the stock set and FCG is six
