Ibought the tool, but I have not good idea how to use it.

Front sight tool? You use it to push the front sight to one side or the other by applying the screw to the end of the sight post carrier visible on both sides of the sight base. Make sure the clamp side hole allows the sight carrier to move in that direction as the screw pushes it from the other side. Move the sight to the left to move the bullet strike to the right.
