I am going to refinish my old AKM after 8000+ rounds it show some wear shoud I go for MOLY or gunkote finish any opinion.

are you doing it yourself or sending it out for the overcoating?

Since you should never be without a rifle, buy a new one, then send the old one off for refinishing.....
