I'll probably regret answering this when the AKs guys correct me, but Krink is a copy of the commie (former commie) Krinkov "submachinegun." Although technically I don't think it's really a submachinegun because it fires an assault carbine round (5.45x39) instead of a pistol round.
I think you can get ones in 7.62x39 and 5.45x39 (I didn't know they made 5.56). They use regular AK mags. Those are basically cosmetic copies as the folding stock doesn't fold and the suppressor is fake.
I don't think you are going to find a cheap (i.e. $ 300-$ 500) one because as far as I know they are basically custom jobs built by people like Ohio Rapidfire. There are Hungarian AMD-65s around that are sort of like Krinks, they are short AKs, I think originaly meant for vehicle crews; but they aren't anywhere near as cool as a Krink.
I know a guy who has one, I think he built it though.
