if it has a factory feed ramp already installed, the conversion is simply a matter of fitting the mag well opening, adjusting the top height of the mag release lever and adding the requisite number of american made pieces parts.
if there is no feed ramp in the rifle, you will need to order one from k-var and install. |

looks like this: seems to have a ramp......looks as though the well needs to be opened along with two inside rails that hold the ss mag centerred......

IMHO, for the money and time involved I would just send it to INRange or ORF, while they are at it have them check the headspace, and be done with it.

Thank You all. Special thanks RotDorn....for some OTW reason, it never occurred to me that opening it out would also require 922 stuff......grrrrrrrrrr. (Puke, Barf, F-Them, Wretch.....) (PaaaaaaTeeheeew!)
Probably has all "fur-in" guts. |
