i ordered a -74 kit saturday night, and it came today!! but unfortunately i wasnt home to sign for it!!! speedy delivery to Arizona

email aswers can be slow, but when i ordered receiver rails they actually called me same day to confirm, and they were delivered in a week. BTW question, one receiver rail with extractor is made out of thick metal ( the way it is supposed to be) while the other is thin metal(left one). their picture shows thin one as well..is it supposed to be like that? i checked my friends gun and he have the same

Call them up. Nobody checks their damn e-mail any more. I know, it sucks, but what can you do besides get POed.

give them a call,they have probably been the most consistant company I have ever dealt with,order on monday morning and I get my pkg thursday off the BBT,could be backorderd or just a simple screw up.

I've always had A++ quality service from k-var.
Orders have always been ontime, and products of excellent quality. They usually take a few days to get back to you with emails, But the staff there has always been very helpful with all my stupid questions. |

It is best to call them. I know they are out of a lot of things. Expecting a huge shipment any time now, or so they tell me.

just got my kit from them. its even in better shape than i expected. barrel and trunnion look new, finish is great, barrel looks shiny and smooth. Very nice wood, with a couple of small dings,sights are straight and all numbers match.
now to get my other US made parts, and receiver and ill be set. |

OK OK I'll try calling again. Work prevents trying on a regular basis, but I'll try again on my 0-15 minute lunch break.
From all reports, I am dealing with a reputable company. That was my feeling based on research before I ordered and I just wanted some confirmation. Thanks! one and all SRM |

Well my personal experience is that K-VAR sucks ass... but that is just me, others are thrilled with them.
