I notice that there are 60 gr HP loads from Wolf, and 59gr FMJ loads from Barnaul. Any actual difference in performance? I'm sure the HP don't actually expand, but what about feeding and POI issues?

There usually such a little POI change as to not even worry about it.  An individual rifle may not ike a certain trype of ammo, but otherwise, it will be close enough that most likely won't notice much of a change.

I have shot both in 5.45 and 7.72 X 39 and noticed little difference. At a plate shoot last month I had a magazine loaded with 5 types of ammo with no noticeable difference than the magazines loaded with the same ammo.

Two places I checked that listed the Barnaul were both out of stock (Ammunition Store and Dan's). Ammmoman had the Wolf, and since I want to shoot tomorrow I just ordered it from him.

Placed the order at 12:40, got the UPS shipping confirmation at 2:30, it'll be here tomorrow morning. Gotta love that service!
