Ran across two complete Poly Tech AK47 parts kits that were taken apart from working guns. Are they worth building and if so who would you recommend to do it?

Depends on the model. With you needing to have them built for you really puts a damper on the "worth it" part. If you were already tooled up to build your own and do it yourself, then I'd say it's worth it, given that the price is reasonable.

I think Childers and Turbothis both are doing Chinese receivers,so yes.
