I read an article in Shooting Times that the PSO-1 is equipped with an infrared filter that will highlight infrared light sources. I was wondering if current production PSO-1s featured this, and if any of the POSPs also featured this.

No. Only original military PSO-1 has it.
Later modernize PSO-1Mx and civil ones have canceled this feature because it can only be used with other active infrared lighting source.
And Infrared night vision has no longer primary issue now.

It was essentially a filter that would glow if it was pointed at an IR light source. Fairly low resolution I guess you could aim at the dot, but I doubt this was actually even remotely usefull.
