I need to temporarily mount a flashlight or weaponlight on this rifle:



This will be for shooting a couple of night stages in an action rifle match that I shoot only once a year. I want to keep this rifle otherwise as-is, so whatever I install has to be quick and easy to remove when I am done. I am not interested in hardware changes (e.g. new handguard, gas tube etc.), but would be willing to buy a suitable mount if it will clamp onto the existing rifle.

I would prefer to avoid duct tape as the rifle is likely to get hot, but I am open to virtually any other ersatz solutions.

Purchased this off Amazon and had to reduce the thickness to fit between forearm and sight.  Cheap and easy to do.
