Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Kobra ekp8-15 issue

So, I picked up a weaver mounted kobra (ekp8-15) the other week for my KS-47 and finally tested it out earlier today. It worked pretty well, however the recoil from the rifle caused the kobra to jump to the chevron/dot setting at full brightness (not a major problem in Florida but still annoying).
The kobra was imported by EAA who knows how long ago.

Any advice on this issue?

Nevermind, I belive that I've found the culprit. The guy that I bought it from had a cr2032 in it instead of a cr2325. So hopefully that is the cause.
