Russian?. No guarantees on the "opposite side" triangle proof, it's not too easy to make it out... also, average value? Looking to sell it once I find out exactly what it is.

Unless that arrow has tail feathers, it is Romanian. The "20" in the triangle is just and inspection stamp. The finish on it looks standard Romanian also.

4 spot welds on the feeds is usually a give away that it's russian.
