While hunting for this elusive beast here in Baghdad with the Iraqi Police, one of the guys told me a terrible bit of information.  The Iraqi Police received a whole bunch of these and outfitted several of their units with them.  But, being what they thought was typical plastic, they really abused them to the point they started cracking, breaking, and jamming

So, they thought they were inferior and trashed most of them due to their unreliability.  He said his unit had lots that were put in rows and stacked 2 magazines high, then run over with a truck to crush/crunch them beyond use.  Then dumped somwhere.  Most police units that had them were doing this to them.  They also call them plastic RPK magazines.  Sad!  You may begin crying.
