ive never seen a brown Polish synthetic before, only black.  perhaps it  was painted brown?

Looks like a bulgarian 'saddle brown' magazine to me. Flip it over.

Could be, ive never seen one without an arsenal marking. Is there evidence that a marking was ever present? Neat mag, though.
