Pufgun certainly has some innovative mag designs.

Who needs drums, when you can use Pufgun's 60 round 'quad' mag.  Not certain if this is on the market yet.

Have a 40 round mag, but you need a smaller capacity mag?  No problem.
Just remove the baseplate, and saw off 10, 20, or 30 rounds.  Then slide the baseplate back on.

If they bring that Quad out in 7.62x39 I'd buy it.

As to whether or not they're any good, you probably get out of them what you want. If you want something different for use at the range, they're probably fine. For the same money you can steel surplus mags all day long.

Prototype 60-round 5.45 mags have popped up for sale on AKFiles for $275.  Some sucker will probably buy them at that price.
Sorry, but I'm not paying that much when 30-round mags are available for $10 each.
